This website is the property of the office of Dayton Municipal Clerk of Court. All of the pages contained within this site are maintained by the Dayton Municipal Clerk of Court Technology Division and the City of Dayton Information Technology Department.

The modification, updating, defacing or alteration of any page or any data connected with this site is prohibited without the express written permission of the office of Dayton Municipal Clerk of Court or the administrator of this website. Additionally, legal documents may not be posted or referenced either on or off the internet, especially in a manner to insinuate that they are the “official” or “original” documents. Instead links may be provided to the appropriate document or content this website.

Data Collection
By visiting the City of Dayton website, you have provided us with certain information.
